 | Hello everyone. A month ago my KAG (Silver) tokens got stuck in my SafePal wallet. Every attempt to send them back to MEXC exchange or swap them on Uniswap ends with an EVM system error: execution reverted (code=3).
The tokens are held on the official, current Ethereum contract: 0x56Ba8B58B7d1f6d384A1C4dD553F39ebc8741B8e. SafePal support confirmed it's a contract-level failure from Kinesis. Kinesis support has been dodging my tickets for weeks with automated bot replies.
If there are any other KAG holders here using external wallets (MetaMask/SafePal), please check if your ERC-20 transfers are working right now. Is the contract bricked for all retail users? I am attaching the screenshot of the error.
