Binance, why mixing issues and still not answer the questions?

Id wish to know if its normal for Binance to answer to us with things never requested by us.

As an example, examine the printscreen bellow... Binance is telling me they can't present information about one other users concern, however I never requested for such info. What I requested 1st was "what is SPAM" (that publish was deleted fast by Binance with no purpose given) and 2nd I asked why my 1st question/publish had been deleted.

So, why did Binance mix issues up and still hasnt answered the rationale for deleting my 1st query/submit?
